These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CatVPN websites, applications, and VPN services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

CatVPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services to help encrypt your internet connection and enhance online privacy. Service availability, server locations, and features may change without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use CatVPN. By using the service, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at mail@cat-vpn.com.

You agree NOT to use CatVPN to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in fraud, harassment, or distribution of malware
• Send spam or unauthorized commercial messages
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Distribute child sexual abuse material or content promoting violence or hatred
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. CatVPN is not intended to facilitate illegal activity.

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy stated at purchase or required by applicable law. Free trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CATVPN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CatVPN from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.

We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
